Your $110 per user per month GST inclusive support covers reasonable day-to-day assistance relating to the Microsoft 365 tenancy and supported Microsoft 365 services.
That keeps the service simple: we look after the Microsoft 365 basics without turning it into a full managed IT contract.
It does not include management of your computers, servers, printers, office networks, Wi-Fi, third-party software, cybersecurity program, device fleet or general business IT infrastructure.
Large projects, complex SharePoint development, advanced security configuration, Microsoft Intune deployments, tenant-to-tenant migrations, major remediation work and other project-based requirements may be quoted separately. If an issue falls outside basic Microsoft 365 support, we will let you know before undertaking separately chargeable work.

The service covers reasonable day-to-day administration of your Microsoft 365 tenancy: users, licence assignment, Exchange Online mailboxes, aliases, shared mailboxes, password and sign-in help, basic Outlook troubleshooting, DNS and mail flow assistance, and basic Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint administration.
